Job Description

Financial Analyst

Location: US remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for forecasting and planning operating budgets, building standardized and automated reporting using Office Connect, and supporting various revenue activities on an ad-hoc basis. The Financial Analyst will drive efficiency in financial modeling and reporting, conduct ad-hoc financial analyses across various areas, and perform Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Planning: Partner with senior business leaders to develop and manage operating budgets, provide financial insights, and perform BvA and risk/opportunity assessments.
  • Financial Reporting & Standardization: Utilize Office Connect to create standardized financial models and reports aligned with best practices.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance financial processes, improve reporting efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance metrics.
  • Revenue Planning & Support: Assist with revenue planning and support ad-hoc revenue-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (Office Connect preferred).
  • Experience with ERP and financial planning systems (Adaptive Insights preferred).
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The pay range for this position is $59,136 - $172,480. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
