As a Financial Analyst supporting Customer Incentive Programs, you will play a key role in analyzing, managing, and optimizing incentive and rebate programs targeted at external customers. This role focuses on leveraging financial and operational data to evaluate program performance, support strategic decision‑making, and drive profitable business growth.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance partners, you will ensure customer incentive programs are financially sound, strategically aligned, and effectively executed—delivering value to both customers and Cornerstone Building Brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reporting tools to track program performance, costs, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Prepare clear, data‑driven analyses, reports, and presentations to communicate program performance and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate and support incentive program structures that drive desired customer behaviors
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate tracking, calculation, accrual, and timely payment of customer incentives and rebates
  • Manage builder rebate programs, including strategic support, renewal processes, and quarterly calculations and payments
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to provide insights and recommendations for incentive program improvements
  • Support the development of customer‑facing communication materials by validating financial accuracy and program details
  • Work cross‑functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within incentive and rebate programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, FP&A certification) are a plus
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or incentives/rebates, ideally supporting sales, pricing, customer programs, or commercial finance functions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling); experience with SQL and/or business intelligence tools is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable financial insights
  • Solid understanding of financial controls, accuracy, and compliance, particularly in incentive or rebate program administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
