We are looking for the most talented and driven people we can find. We are looking for people who work for their passion, not counting hours. Who loves building great next-generation products, not status quo. Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few. We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities and growing from our offices and remotely. Join us and build a better future for our society.

In 2019, we built the first mobile-first, insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia.

The Role

We are looking for Product Leads to build and own major product areas within Doit.

  • Identify problems worth solving and decide what to build.

  • Define product requirements, priorities and success metrics.

  • Take products from idea to launch.

  • Work closely with engineers on architecture, APIs, data, technical constraints and trade-offs.

  • Work closely with designers on user journeys and product experience.

  • Use AI to build simpler and smarter financial products.

  • Review user behaviour and product data and improve the product continuously.

  • Make decisions quickly and keep execution moving.

  • Own the quality and results of what you build.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical background. Engineering or computer science experience is preferred.

  • Able to understand software architecture, APIs, data flows and engineering trade-offs.

  • Able to prototype, work with technical tools and use AI to build and test ideas.

  • Strong product judgement and attention to detail.

  • Experience building and launching digital products.

  • Able to turn unclear problems into clear product decisions.

  • Strong understanding of UX and user behaviour.

  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and designers.

  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

  • High ownership and speed.

  • Experience in consumer technology, fintech, AI or financial products is a plus.

You Should Be Someone Who

  • Builds, not just manages.

  • Goes deep into product and technical details.

  • Can challenge engineers and be challenged by them.

  • Makes decisions and moves.

  • Talks to users and looks at data.

  • Simplifies complicated problems.

  • Questions assumptions.

  • Takes ownership from idea to result.

  • Does whatever is needed to ship a great product.

Interview Process

  1. Online assessment or practical task

  2. Role-specific interview

  3. Founder / final round

For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
