HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Within Richemont, Group Marketing is an international department supporting the Maisons, Distributors and the Group on their marketing strategies. More specifically, the Strategic Planning Department specialises on branding, strategic development, and new business topics, as well as the coordination of the Fragrance category.

Within the Strategic Planning team, your key missions will be to:

1.         Run the fragrance market analysis capabilities of the department

2.         Contribute to the Strategic Planning department key processes

Reporting to the Group Fragrance Services Director, you will:

1.    RUN THE FRAGRANCE MARKET ANALYSIS CAPABILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT

  • Be responsible for the sourcing and structuring of the best competitive data for the category

  • Produce the recurring reports for the category: press review, financial analysis, trend review

  • Lead ad hoc projects for the Maisons and Group management, notably on merchandising

  • Organise two community events per year, with Maisons representatives

  • Coordinate with other Group Marketing departments on their respective expertise crossing fragrance (media, social media,…)

  • Prepare and accompany the Group Fragrance Services Director in relevant meetings with the Maisons and Maisons de composition, including participating into olfactive assessment sessions on new product developments.

2.    CONTRIBUTE TO THE STRATEGIC PLANNING DEPARTMENT KEY PROCESSES

  • Work on the measurement of the Maison brand perception by producing some of the Maison annual brand equity analysis, in collaboration with the internal Consumer insights department

  • Act as a challenging partner during the annual Maison’s strategic plan process, and work on the digest of the strategic insights for Group senior management

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Interest in the luxury industry and in particular in fragrance, with the wish to become a true expert on these topics

  • Strong analytical skills are a must

  • Open-minded, collaborative and curious mindset, with the ability to turn trends and observations into strategic frameworks and actionable insights

  • From 1 to 3 years of significant and relevant professional experience – an experience as a strategic consultant/ analyst role is a plus, as well as an experience within the fragrance industry

  • Fluent in English (working language is English). A good level of French is a plus

  • Professional usage of Microsoft Office tools
