Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is a global leader in digital learning and talent technology. We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Group Finance team in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the purchase ledger across multiple Group entities

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure timely payment

  • Run weekly multi-currency payment cycles with Treasury

  • Ensure expenditure is properly authorised

  • Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions

  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations

  • Prepare and submit journal entries

  • Monitor timesheet submissions and issue reminders

  • Support month-end close and respond to finance queries

  • Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required


Requirements
  • 3+ years’ Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience

  • Multi-currency experience

  • Strong NetSuite and Microsoft Excel skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organisation

  • Confident communicator across all business levels

  • Proactive and able to manage workload independently in a remote setting
