Frontend Developer – Angular/React with DevOps

Provides empathetic, accurate support to telehealth patients through email, phone, chat, and internal platforms. Assists with onboarding, accounts, orders, shipments, billing, treatment offerings, and troubleshooting. Documents interactions, follows patient safety and confidentiality procedures, escalates clinical or technical issues, and meets quality and productivity goals. Identifies recurring concerns, shares feedback, collaborates cross-functionally, and participates in training and continuous improvement within a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.

Provides empathetic, non-clinical support to telehealth patients and providers. Responsibilities include answering patient questions, managing EHR messages, investigating care issues, coordinating with pharmacies and insurers, assisting with benefits verification and prior authorizations, and communicating actionable next steps. The role also identifies workflow improvements, supports operational initiatives, and works toward service and quality metrics in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Lead complex technical programs involving cloud infrastructure, data center migrations, new cloud environments, and internal services. Define project charters, plans, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate infrastructure, networking, security, engineering, and cloud operations teams; manage risks and dependencies; establish governance and process improvements; and provide executive reporting. Maintain accurate data across Jira, Confluence, dashboards, spreadsheets, and other operational systems.
