The Full-Stack Digital Marketer will manage social media, email campaigns, SEO, and collaborate on content production while analyzing performance metrics.

We are building Bluelight's marketing team from scratch and looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can cover multiple channels, execute with speed, and grow with us. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and report directly to them, collaborating with a UX/UI designer, a freelance content writer, and a part-time media buyer.
Core responsibilities
- Own and execute the organic social media calendar across all active platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
- Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking
- Brief and coordinate content production with the freelance writer
- Support in building and maintaining HubSpot as the team's CRM: basic marketing automations, lead nurture sequences, social media publishing, and tracking
- Support landing page creation and A/B test coordination with UX/UI designer
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms
- Coordinate asset requests with the UX/UI designer for social, email, and ad creatives
Required skills & experience
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or growth role
- Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement)
- Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimisation, keyword research, meta tags
- Analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards and making data-informed decisions
- Strong written communication: able to brief, edit, and QA copy
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent)
- Comfortable setting up basic automations (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of paid media concepts (briefing the media buyer, reading ad reports)
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Prior experience in a startup or early-stage team
KPIs for this role
- Organic social engagement rate (target: month-on-month growth)
- Email open rate and click-through rate (benchmarks set at onboarding)
- SEO keyword ranking improvements (tracked monthly)
- Content deliverable turnaround time (coordination with freelance copywriter and UX/UI designer)
