Engineering Lead – AI & GenAI
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to manage multiple software engineering teams and drive AI-first development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills combined with hands-on expertise in AI Agents, LLMs, Generative AI, Azure, .NET, Python, and React.
Primary Skills
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in AI technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI-first approaches, including creating AI agents and harnesses.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft technology stack, including Azure cloud services and .NET framework.
- Strong programming skills in Python and React.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including GitHub repositories and GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Factory AI.\
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams.
- Drive AI adoption across the SDLC, including AI agents, harnesses, and GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with program and portfolio leaders to deliver strategic objectives.
