Key Responsibilities:
• Design and lead orchestration architecture for enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions.
• Evaluate and implement orchestration frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework and LangGraph.
• Architect and manage MCP-based integrations across 10-15 enterprise source systems.
• Define and execute a model-right strategy, selecting frontier and smaller models based on specific use cases.
• Own and govern the retrieval evaluation framework to ensure accuracy and reliability of fault codes, parts data, and knowledge retrieval systems.
