The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager to join our team in Mesa, Arizona.
As a leader of a 24/7 team, you will be responsible for detecting, monitoring, and reporting security risks that have an impact on our people, property, product, and information.
You will work independently and as a key member of the broader Boeing Enterprise Security team, providing critical information to our security partners around the clock and across the globe.

As a leader of a 24/7 team, you will be responsible for detecting, monitoring, and reporting security risks that have an impact on our people, property, product, and information.
You will work independently and as a key member of the broader Boeing Enterprise Security team, providing critical information to our security partners around the clock and across the globe.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations including managing service delivery, training, quality assurance, and team development
- Demonstrates expertise in operation center functions including shift scheduling, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrates expertise in security risk impact analysis, including monitoring and analysis of events that could result in impacts on our people, property, product, or information
- Oversees and maintains processes that support enterprise crisis management functions
- Establishes program business goals and objectives in alignment with the Global Security Operations Center and Boeing Enterprise Security strategy and standards
- Demonstrates outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to leadership and team members during high stress situations
- Provides expert technical guidance and policy oversight of various security tools and systems
- Serves on the GSOC Change Control Board and provides program oversight and approvals as appropriate
- Collaborates with stakeholder and business unit leadership across the enterprise
- Provides professional development support and guidance to team members
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience supervising in a 24/7 operations center environment
- 3+ years of experience administering large scale security technologies such as geographic information systems and mass notification tools
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing policies and procedures
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
- Ability to complete the GSOC Watch Officer training and qualification process within two months of hire
- Willing to support a 24/7 on-call environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Intelligence, Crisis/Emergency Management, Security/Criminal Justice, International Relations, or Public Administration or equivalent work or military experience
- Experience as an administrator within the Everbridge suite of products including Visual Command Center
- Experience creating and managing analytic queries in applications such as Dataminr
- Experience creating and presenting key performance indicators and other metrics visually in applications such as Tableau
