About Beli

By changing the way people explore restaurants, Beli has emerged as one of fastest-growing consumer platforms in the world. Beli helps you build organized restaurant lists and maps, share them with friends, and discover new spots around the world according to your personal taste.

The Role

You'll own Beli's external growth channels end to end: identifying opportunities to reach new audiences, developing creative growth strategies, and executing campaigns that turn awareness into new users. You'll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and marketing and product leadership, with the autonomy to move quickly and make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Work On
  • Organic acquisition. Find new ways to introduce Beli to people who haven't discovered it yet, across social media, creators, communities, search, and emerging channels.
  • Creators and partnerships. Build scalable programs with creators, ambassadors, brands, and communities that drive measurable user growth.
  • Growth campaigns. Develop and execute creative campaigns that generate attention, drive downloads, and turn Beli into something people want to share.
  • Channel experimentation. Continuously test new channels, messaging, and distribution strategies. Identify what works, measure its impact, and scale the most effective approaches.
  • Growth analytics. Build a clear understanding of acquisition performance across channels, including attribution, conversion, cost efficiency, and the quality of users acquired.
    What We're Looking For
    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing at a consumer app or brand, with direct ownership of user acquisition and growth.
    • A proven track record of driving measurable growth through organic channels, creator programs, partnerships, or creative campaigns.
    • A deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and the mechanics of how consumer products spread.
    • Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop campaigns and distribution strategies that stand out without relying on large budgets.
    • Strong analytical skills, fluency with AI tools, and experience measuring acquisition performance and experimenting across channels.
    • Excellent judgment, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action. You move quickly, find unconventional ways around constraints, and know how to turn ideas into results.
    • A willingness to be hands-on, execute campaigns yourself, build relationships, and collaborate closely with a small team rather than delegating execution.
    • You use Beli.
      Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience and skills. This position also includes equity as part of the total compensation package.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

      Key Facts About Seattle Tech

      • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
      • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
      • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
      • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
      • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
      • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
