Job Summary:

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Growth Marketing Team in segmenting marketing generated leads based on customer behavior and available 1st party data. You will also assist in mapping upcoming and in-flight campaigns to ensure effective targeting and personalization. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Lead Segmentation:

  • Analyze customer behavior and available 1st party data (e.g., demographics, firmographics, engagement metrics) to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop and implement lead segmentation strategies based on behavior, preferences, and intent.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Team to ensure segmentation aligns with campaign goals and objectives.

Marketing Campaign Mapping:

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with lead segmentation strategies and optimized for maximum ROI.
  • Assist in mapping campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising) to ensure effective targeting and personalization.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field).
  • Analytical skills: Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Marketing knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, including lead generation, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
