The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager USA, you will own end-to-end growth performance across paid media, SEO, and marketing analytics. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role at the intersection of performance marketing, data, and experimentation.
You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, building the right data foundations, and continuously testing and optimizing acquisition strategies across channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a growth marketer first, not just a channel manager.

  • Manage campaign setup, structure, bidding, creative testing, and scaling.
  • Lead continuous testing frameworks (audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages).
  • Define and drive asset strategy in collaboration with creative and brand teams.
  • Ensure strong performance across full funnel: acquisition, conversion, and efficiency.
Budgeting & Campaign Management
  • Own allocation and optimization of a multi-million-dollar performance budget.
  • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term growth and learning.
  • Forecast performance, evaluate trade offs, and clearly communicate ROI.
Marketing Analytics & Data Foundations
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards (channel, cohort, funnel level).
  • Own tracking and attribution best practices (GA4, GTM, platform tracking).
  • Support Global Team in:
    • Data tagging & event layers
    • Cookie and consent optimization
    • Conversion tracking accuracy
SEO
  • Own SEO growth initiatives in collaboration with content and tech.
  • Growth testing & implementation.
  • Content strategy (brand reviews, buying guides, blogs).
  • Technical SEO improvements.
  • Measure SEO impact with clear KPIs tied to business outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and growth experimentation.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
  • Comfortable building dashboards and working with performance data daily.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex data clearly.
  • SQL proficiency.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
