SigNoz is a global open source project with users in 30+ countries. We are building an open-source observability product with focus on:
- Being OpenTelemetry Native, rather than retrofitted - OTel is the only SDK & agent we support and have much deeper features using OTel (e.g Trace Funnels, Messaging queues)
- Focused on correlation across logs, metrics and traces in a single pane

- Based on columnar datastores, much more performant for analytical queries

We have crossed 26000+ Github stars, 7000+ members in the slack community and 180+ contributors.

Why us?

  • Opportunity to work in a global dev infra product

  • Work on an open source product. Engage with the community. Evangelise the product.

  • Backed by YC and some of the prominent VCs in the US.

  • Fully Remote. We don't have an inperson office

Who would be a good fit

  • 3-8 yrs experience in growth roles in devtools/dev infra space

  • Understanding of cloud native ecosystem, kubernetes, OpenTelemetry (plus)

  • Interest in startups. We especially like ex-founders

What you will be working on

  • Define marketing strategy based on insights from customers & feedback from sales team, identify and experiment with new channels

  • Email/nurture programs — Automated email sequences or similar that move people from signup → activation → sales-ready. Lifecycle emails, drip campaigns, re-engagement flows.

  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) — Identifying target accounts, running personalized outreach and ads to specific companies, coordinating with sales

  • Events & field marketing — Meetups, Sponsored booths, hosted dinners e.g. sponsoring KubeCon or organizing/presenting local DevOps meetups. Webinars

  • Partner/co-marketing — Joint webinars, guest blog swaps, integration partnerships, marketplace listings. Co-marketing with OTel ecosystem tools. Case studies with customers

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
