Key Qualifications:
1) Strong Program management competency
2) Technical background in Hardware product development or test
3) Some background in Data center hardware, server / storage products
4) Excellent communication and customer orientation.
Experience in Data center hardware should be more prevalent but knowledge of system (not necessarily silicon) validation would be advantageous.-
