Job Overview

The Head of Digital Marketing drives the vision, strategy, and execution of Socure’s digital marketing initiatives. This role leads the digital marketing team, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures the creation, optimization, and measurement of high-impact digital campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The Head of Digital Marketing is accountable for elevating digital marketing quality, innovating digital approaches, and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, display, social media, email, and web, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Guide the planning, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns to support product launches, demand generation, and brand initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources, and oversee relationships with external vendors and platforms.

  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure digital assets are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches.

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 10-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage budgets independently.

  • Advanced expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, marketing automation).

  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with a data-driven approach to digital marketing optimization.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

  • Collaboration and relationship-building abilities across cross-functional teams.
