Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This company is a recognized leader in the health and wellness CPG space, having achieved remarkable year-over-year growth and significant market expansion in recent years.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for a data-driven marketing leader who excels in a fast-paced, e-commerce-first environment. The ideal candidate will own the entire marketing function, developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with their business objectives.

  • Lead all performance marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on paid social, search (PPC), and Amazon advertising.

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI and reporting on key performance metrics.

  • Own and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints, from acquisition to conversion and loyalty.

  • Oversee content strategy, including email marketing, social media, and blog content, to build brand authority and engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and successful product launches.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.



Requirements
  • Must be located in Latin America (LATAM).

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the DTC e-commerce or CPG sectors.

  • Demonstrable expertise in managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns.

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
