We help organizations scale their IT operations through innovative technology solutions and exceptional service delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to drive business growth across the US market. This is a strategic, revenue-generating leadership role for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and enterprise IT sales.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the US IT industry, strong expertise in prospecting and pre-sales, and the ability to build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, conferences, and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the US market.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pre-sales to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, recommendations, testimonials, and outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while providing regular business updates to leadership.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, with significant exposure to the US market.
  • Proven experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales and enterprise-level IT solutions.
  • Strong expertise in prospecting, lead generation, business development, and pre-sales.
  • Experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure, computing hardware, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services.
  • Exposure to leading global enterprise technology vendors and OEM ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise clients and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Established network of decision-makers and industry contacts within the US IT market is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, outsourcing models, and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • The role requires travelling.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
