Job Description:

  • Monitors and tracks employee license, certification, and registration renewals required by job descriptions.
  • Notifies employees, leaders, and HR management of expiration and non-compliance.
  • Recommends employment status based on compliance. Tracks employee requirements including background checks, Tb/Mask Fit, and Basic Annual Required Education.
  • Develops and conducts audits for compliance.
  • Identifies gaps and provides process improvements.
  • Ensures compliance of non-staff through audits.
  • Provides support and information to HR Compliance Manager and external auditors.
  • Reviews job descriptions for required credentials.
  • Documents and maintains credential requirements in the regulatory database.
  • Gathers employee files and documents for audits.
  • Partners with HR colleagues for consistency in policy, process, and program frameworks and implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally, with all levels of staff, including management and director levels, as well as external contacts [Required]
  • Ability to conduct oneself professionally, maintaining confidence and confidentiality [Required]
  • Ability to research primary source documentation to discern validity [Required]
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite), attention to detail and ability to focus on and complete assignments in a timely manner [Required]
  • Self-motivated with good organizational and analytical skills [Required]
  • in legal, regulatory compliance, HR, employment laws and regulations [Preferred]

Education:

  • High School Diploma [Required]
  • Associate in hr or related field [Preferred]

Field of Study:

  • in HR or related field

Work Experience:

  • 1+ experience in one or more of the following areas: human resources, legal and regulatory compliance, employment law and related regulations [Required]

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) [Preferred]
