This Opportunity 

As an HR Intern, you will help support our People Team as well as the overall company in key initiatives. You will work closely with our People team and senior leaders to execute company events, office management and other key HR initiatives. We are looking for someone with a positive, can do attuite that is okay with ambiguity and working in a fast paced start up. 

You Will: 

  • Prepare HR PowerPoint slides for team meetings
  • In partnership with our Sr. HR Manager, engage in all aspects of onboarding from document tracking to benefit management
  • Participate in developing our annual mandatory training program
  • In partnership with our event lead, plan, organize & execute summer events, including our annual company picnic
  • Oversee ordering and stocking office supplies including snacks, drinks, and company SWAG
  • Complete other duties as assigned  

Key Qualifications include:  

  • Degree in business, organizational development, or related field 
  • Previous work experience as an Office Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, including PowerPoint  
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and attention to detail skills  
  • Multi-tasking aptitude
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Willingness to be present in the office at least 4 days per week
