KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to support organizations undergoing digital HR transformation through SAP GROW and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep HR process expertise, transformation consulting experience, and cloud technology knowledge to help clients modernize their HR operating models, improve employee experiences, and optimize workforce management processes.

This role will work closely with HR executives, business stakeholders, SAP SuccessFactors consultants, project teams, and change management leaders to design and implement future-ready HR organizations and processes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
HR Transformation Strategy
  • Assess current HR operating models, processes, policies, and technologies.

  • Develop HR transformation roadmaps aligned with business growth and workforce strategies.

  • Advise clients on HR digitalization, workforce modernization, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Support the design of future-state HR operating models leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and SAP GROW solutions.

  • Conduct HR maturity assessments and transformation readiness evaluations.

Business Process Design
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end HR processes, including:

    • Core HR

    • Talent Acquisition

    • Onboarding

    • Learning & Development

    • Performance Management

    • Succession Planning

    • Compensation Management

    • Workforce Administration

  • Recommend process standardization and harmonization aligned with SAP best practices.

  • Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process design sessions.

  • Develop process maps, governance models, and transformation recommendations.

Organizational Change & Adoption
  • Support organizational readiness and change management initiatives.

  • Assist with stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and workforce adoption programs.

  • Develop HR transformation business cases and value realization frameworks.

  • Support leadership alignment and workforce transition planning.

  • Promote user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

SAP SuccessFactors Advisory
  • Provide functional guidance on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities and HR transformation opportunities.

  • Collaborate with implementation teams on solution design and business process alignment.

  • Support requirements gathering, solution validation, and business process optimization.

  • Ensure alignment between HR strategy and technology implementation.

Program Support
  • Partner with project managers, change management teams, and executive sponsors.

  • Participate in governance meetings, steering committees, and transformation workshops.

  • Identify transformation risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

  • Support successful deployment and adoption of HR transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Consulting, HCM Advisory, or Organizational Change Management.

  • Strong expertise in HR business processes and operating model design.

  • Experience supporting enterprise HR transformation programs.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based HCM solutions and HR technologies.

  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules.

  • Experience supporting SAP GROW or SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programs.

  • Prosci Change Management Certification.

  • SAP Activate methodology knowledge.

  • Consulting or system integrator background.

  • MBA, HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD), or equivalent professional qualification.
