About the role:
We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) who will be responsible for all marketing generated pipeline at Monte Carlo - triaging inbound leads based on our ICP definition and following up in a timely manner to convert these leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team. This person will help to build the inbound playbook - partnering closely with our marketing team to help achieve our marketing pipeline goals.

We’re excited about you because you have:

  • 1+ years work experience in either a pipeline generation role, or a heavy process orientation role

  • Demonstrated track record in an early stage company or highly ambiguous environment

  • Experience with a complex and consultative sales
