aytm “ask your target market” is looking to hire an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager for Paid Viewpoint, to join our growing marketing team. This is a remote work position.

As the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager for Paid Viewpoint, you will accelerate the growth of our global consumer research panel through creative, scalable, and performance-driven partnership strategies. In this role, you will own and evolve our influencer, affiliate, and referral ecosystems—identifying unique partners, testing new acquisition models, and building long-term relationships that drive high-quality panelist growth.

You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure that new community members are engaged, diverse, and aligned with Paid Viewpoint’s mission. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creator partnerships, affiliate optimization, and data-driven experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Partnership Growth

  • Develop and execute influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive high-quality panel growth for the Paid Viewpoint community.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, content creators, affiliate partners, and community advocates across multiple platforms and regions.
  • Design unique partnership approaches (e.g., creator-led campaigns, niche community partnerships, referral programs) to reach underrepresented and high-value audiences.

Affiliate Program Ownership

  • Own the strategy, structure, and performance of Paid Viewpoint’s affiliate and referral programs.
  • Optimize partner incentives, tracking, attribution, and payout models to maximize ROI and scalability.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify top-performing affiliates, and continuously test new acquisition levers.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, and manage influencer and affiliate campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and briefing through execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure campaigns are on-brand, compliant, and optimized for conversion.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests across messaging, channels, partner types, and landing experiences.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to partner-driven acquisition
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to evaluate panel quality and downstream performance of influencer- and affiliate-acquired users.
  • Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross functional partners to ensure new panelists have a seamless engagement experience.
  • Build  landing pages, referral flows, and user journeys to improve conversion and retention.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in influencer marketing, affiliate growth, creator monetization, and community-led acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • ~3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnership growth, or community acquisition roles.
  • Proven experience managing influencers, creators, or affiliate partners with measurable acquisition results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, dashboards, or BI tools.
  • Creative, test-and-learn mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and iteration.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage partners and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Experience with consumer brands, marketplaces, or online communities is a plus; experience in research, panels, or surveys is a bonus.
