Role Overview:

As a Specialist, Success Advisor focused on Websites, you thrive in understanding our service professionals' (our Pros) and how their online presence directly impacts growth, lead generation, and credibility. You are consultative, empathetic, and confident in helping pros translate their business goals into a high-performing website that works for them 24/7.You are responsible for contributing to the full sales cycle, for our Website product, from initial engagement to account management. Your focus is on increasing website adoption, and helping pros see their website as a core revenue-generating tool—not just a nice-to-have.You bring empathy for Pros' pain points, fostering trust, and forging connections that go beyond typical transactional sales to help better our team and improve the lives of our Pros.

What you do each day:  

  • Use a Pro-focused, consultative selling style rooted in understanding the Pro’s day-to-day challenges and goals
  • Handle a full sales cycle for the Website product from booking to close, and engagement
  • Educate Pros on how a strong website drives lead generation, credibility, SEO visibility, and conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive new website attachments, increased adoption, and measurable value for managed accounts
  • Convey empathy for Pros’ pain to foster trust and connections to you as an individual and to our brand as a whole that are deeper than typical transactional sales
  • Understand and adapt to our ongoing product and technology developments
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Maintain daily activity metrics blended between calls and attended demos

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer facing, sales, or retention role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships internally and externally
  • CRM experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with the trades preferred
  • Website experience preferred

Location Dependent Information:

This role is open to candidates, with an expected base hourly rate of $18.39-$20.43 and annual on-target earnings of $60,000. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
