ABOUT THE ROLE

You will communicate with prospective and existing customers by phone and email, understand their needs, present relevant services, and help move opportunities through the sales process. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, and comfortable building relationships while working toward sales goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Contact prospective customers by phone and email

  • Understand customer needs and present relevant services

  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through close

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline

  • Record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM

  • Work toward individual and team sales targets

  • Participate in sales meetings and coaching sessions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1+ year of inside or phone-based sales experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects

  • Goal-oriented and motivated by results

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable using CRM and other sales tools

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE
  • B2B sales experience

  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or related services

  • Outbound prospecting experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills

COMPENSATION

$45,000–$65,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional compensation and employment details will be discussed during the hiring process.
