The Challenge to Solve

As we scale, we are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves translating complex ideas into intuitive learning experiences, and wants to shape how knowledge is scaled across teams and clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning materials and programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams and other departments. You will work closely with our Enablement Onboarding team and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, playbooks and assessments.
  • Leverage our tools and feedback, you’ll own training content, proactively reviewing, maintaining up-to-date and centralized documentation, ensuring regular review cycles, and notification/archiving processes to ensure content is current, relevant, effective and easily accessible.
  • Create content that is aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Develop interactive and visual content using various authoring tools and software.
  • Serve as the LMS Administrator by managing the database and supporting users with common questions or feedback
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Make improvements and updates to existing content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

Salary Range: $65-80k

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

The Hiring Process

Here’s what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy. This entire process is expected to take 2-3 weeks to complete and you’d be expected to start on a specific date.
