Ready to be a Titan?


This role is the execution engine behind two of ServiceTitan’s highest-visibility brand programs: “State of the Trades,” our flagship thought-leadership platform, and Titan Tailgate, our proven, field activation program.


You will turn strategy into shipped content, live events, and measurable pipeline impact — owning the operating cadence from weekly real-time trend posts to annual vertical reports, and from account targeting to on-the-ground logistics for every Tailgate stop.


What you’ll do:


1. “State of the Trades” Production & Execution

  • Content Production: Execute the weekly-to-annual content calendar for thought leadership including; real-time trends, business-strategy trends, significant market shifts, the quarterly Market Health Index, annual vertical audience reports, and their social/derivative assets.
  • Data Coordination: Partner with Market Managers, Data Science, and 3rd party partners to pull, QA, and package proprietary data into forms that reporters, analysts, and prospects can use.
  • Activation & Distribution: Manage the calendar and collaborate to across channels to ensure maximum impact for every asset, making sure each report generates its full slate of content — infographics, social posts, webinar material.
  • Report on program effectiveness.

2. Titan Tailgate Execution


  • Regional Planning: Plan and execute Titan Tailgate’s regional tour cadence.
  • Account Targeting: Support prospecting and prioritizing accounts to visit with tailgate. Manage outreach and attendance.
  • Vendor & Logistics Management: Manage the day-to-day relationship with our activation vendor — production, truck/signage/swag logistics, travel, and on-site execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales, Field, and Events to build the on-site agenda, coordinate customer/prospect invitations, and make sure each stop supports active pipeline motions.
  • Impact Reporting: Track and report closed-won and pipeline influence by stop, and capture customer/prospect sentiment to inform the next region’s plan.
  • Report on program effectiveness.

Strategic Impact & Collaboration


  • Sales Enablement: Work with Sales and Field teams to make sure brand program content is activated across channels, in nurture cadences and within deals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand programs reflect ServiceTitan’s brand, in partnership with Brand Marketing and Brand Strategy.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as well as evaluate potential brand-partnership opportunities.

What you'll bring


  • 6-8 years of Marketing experience: A horizontal, generalist marketing background with a track record of scaling programs and operating across teams.
  • Systems builder: Demonstrated experience designing and launching repeatable processes, planning systems, and workflows that other teams adopt and rely on.
  • Applied AI at enterprise scale: Hands-on, technical experience operationalizing AI in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Data and tooling fluency: Comfort working across marketing, sales, and data systems (i.e. Salesforce, Snowflake, Airtable, and modern AI tooling) to turn signals into action.
  • Cross-functional influence: Strong partnership and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across teams, verticals, and leadership.
  • Revenue orientation: A bias toward work that ties to pipeline, targeting, conversion, and revenue, balanced with judgment about reusability and long-term leverage.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation, which may change over time. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws. For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $134,500 USD - $201,700 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $125,700 USD - $188,500 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
