Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's online presence, managing diverse marketing campaigns, and facilitating various types of corporate events. This multifaceted position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for lead generation, proficiency in various marketing tools, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

The Integrated Marketing Manager must be self-motivated, proactive and have an assertive yet professional demeanor, be detail oriented, and possess strong multitasking and program management skills.

Location: Remote – US

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Events & Tradeshows
  • Coordinate corporate events and tradeshows, including GTM strategy, account mapping, client outreach, on-site details, logistics and more.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement effective marketing plans for generating event revenues.
  • Think outside the box to create exciting event experiences.
  • Work with Infosys/Infosys Aster corporate marketing, vertical marketing, sales, and marketing leaders.
  • Support Adobe partner marketing efforts.
  • Lead marketing efforts for events ranging from 1:1 engagements and one-to-many events to large sponsorships.
Integrated Marketing & Sales Campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategies for joint marketing and sales campaigns, aligned with Adobe and Infosys.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps, creating new initiatives to drive sales metrics.
  • Work closely with sales to anticipate their needs and create initiatives that create and influence company revenue.
  • Lead marketing efforts through sales.
  • Support digital campaigns, including automated Salesforce campaigns.
  • Support content efforts, including blog posts and new sales materials.
Partner Marketing & GTM
  • Help develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners across our ecosystem through co-marketing efforts, weekly meetings, business planning, etc.
  • Support GTM efforts for joint events and activations, as well as strategic partner positioning within the DX space.
  • Define the Blue Acorn iCi brand/Infosys Aster within the parent company and Adobe.
Pardot, Salesforce & Marketing Governance
  • Support digital marketing efforts via Pardot.
  • Manage email campaigns, monthly newsletters, and custom forms.
  • Analyze efforts to identify opportunities and weaknesses within strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure Pardot marketing efforts are tied to Salesforce metrics to track investment, engagement, opportunities, ROI and more.
  • Manage Salesforce/Account Engagement administration for marketing.
  • Build and track campaigns.
  • Manage dashboards.
  • Manage lead uploading.
  • Support email marketing and building.
Social Media Management
  • Own the Blue Acorn iCi social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, analyzing and reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate all social strategy and planning efforts through LinkedIn, including event campaigns, new solution campaigns, internal awareness campaigns, and new content.
Internal Marketing & Communications
  • Build awareness of Blue Acorn iCi’s latest insights, solutions, initiatives and offerings within Infosys’s Digital Experience (DX) audience and beyond.
  • Support the Adobe partner newsletter, Adobe partner EU newsletter, Infosys quarterly newsletter, one-off campaigns, and client newsletter on various sequences throughout the year.
Website, Advertising & Digital Marketing
  • Assist in publishing, updating and reporting upon Blue Acorn iCi’s corporate website.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Google, analyzing their effectiveness and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate potential new advertising platforms and/or programs.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology, consulting, SaaS, digital services, or partner ecosystems.
  • Strong experience and understanding of Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Proven event management experience on a large scale, including industry tradeshows, and small scale, including intimate client gatherings.
  • High attention to detail and ability to articulate trends and results through data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Strong multitasking and program management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an assertive yet professional demeanor.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications / Education
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Experience in the B2B services industry, preferably in SaaS/Tech.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and administration is a plus.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $95,000–$125,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
