- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to landing page and website design, balancing aesthetics with performance.
- Liaise with diverse cross-functional teams - from creative strategists and copywriters to web developers and clients - to manage the design roadmap from concept to execution, ensuring all milestones are met for cohesive, results-driven campaigns.

- Experience with CRO design or landing page optimization
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web, advertising, and email design work (required for consideration)
- Experience in brand design, visual design, or marketing-focused creative roles
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to take direction and deliver clean, professional work

- Video editing experience
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to web and email design
- Prior experience at a brand or design agency, ideally serving B2B SaaS or technology clients
