What you'll own: 

As a Junior Product Marketing Specialist at LoanPro, you will be the engine room of the product marketing team, focused on executing high-quality assets and gaining deep market knowledge. This is a role for a "Builder" who is ready to learn fast and work hard. You will support the Director of Product Marketing in enabling revenue functions to increase win rates by creating collateral, conducting competitive research, and translating complex technical features into clear business value. This is not a passive role; you will be expected to dive deep into our software, understanding it better than anyone else, and use that knowledge to fuel our growth. You will exemplify excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy, and procedures at all times.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Product Mastery: Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, how it fulfills our customers' needs, and how they use the product. You must become a product expert.
  • Asset Creation: Draft, design, and refine high-impact sales and marketing assets, including one-pagers, slide decks, case studies, and eBooks.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to keep the sales team armed with the latest intel on the landscape.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with the sales enablement team to organize training materials and ensure the sales organization has access to the most current product positioning.
  • Launch Coordination: Assist in the execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans for new feature releases and product launches, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Value Messaging: Learn and apply LoanPro’s value-based messaging framework to all written content, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Data & ROI Support: Assist in the data gathering and "value engineering" process to help build ROI calculators and business cases for prospects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the marketing, product, and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Onsite Collaboration: An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at the manager's discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.

Job Qualifications / Skill Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related business field (internships included).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Extreme hustle, grit, grind: You are eager to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling business language.
  • Passionate about FinTech and eager to build a career in the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and the B2B sales cycle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with shifting priorities.
  • Organizational astuteness and agility: You can manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.
  • Curiosity and "figure it out" attitude: You don’t wait to be told the answer; you go find it.
  • Ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions.
  • Willingness to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills.
