Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Animator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating visually compelling graphics, infographics, and animated videos that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.

  • Create detailed and visually appealing infographics to support content marketing and educational initiatives.

  • Develop animated videos from concepts, bringing ideas to life with creativity and precision.

  • Illustrate original concepts for marketing campaigns, blog posts, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and deadlines.

  • Assist in the creation of branding materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Animator, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and animation projects.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the blockchain or fintech industry.

  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

  • Experience with 3D animation software such as Blender or Maya.
