As a Knowledge Management Trainee, you will support the development, organization, and continuous improvement of knowledge management strategies and tools to ensure that critical information is well-structured, accessible, and effectively shared across the organization. This role is designed for recent or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in knowledge management within a dynamic, global environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation, content, and knowledge solutions with real business needs while contributing to impactful projects that improve how teams capture, organize, and share knowledge across the company.
Responsibilities- Partner with Knowledge Project Managers to define and optimize internal KM processes.
- Support global tickets respecting service level agreement.
- Create and support digital badges.
- Support the creation and rollout of new Training & Certification (T&C) programs, including curriculum planning and management of work assignments, labs, and question banks.
- Manage and maintain Knowledge Hubs and Technical SharePoint to ensure up-to-date and accessible resources.
- Create and update learning modules and technical content in the Nokia Learning & Development Hub, supporting regional and global engagement.
You have:
- B.Sc. or MSC in Management, Business, Communication or Information Systems (only recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good oral and written communication skills; fluency in English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of personal responsibility
- High level of self-motivation and maturity
- Strong team player and networking skills
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural global team across different time zones
It would be nice if you also have:
- Basic knowledge PMP
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power BI
