Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc.
When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do - but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here - we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.

Cat Technology also owns enterprise-wide initiatives in innovation, research and development, manufacturing automation and advanced materials, ensuring Caterpillar continues to lead the industry in technological excellence and engineering innovation.
Cat® MineStar™ Solutions is our flagship digital platform - connecting equipment, people, and data across the mining value chain. It enables autonomous operations, real-time decision-making, and end-to-end operational visibility across surface and underground environments. Surface Management is a critical part of that platform - focused on helping customers understand, control, and optimize their mine in real time, including material movement, production tracking, and geospatial intelligence.
As the Senior Product Owner (MineStar Autonomy & Geospatial Solutions), you will own the delivery and evolution of MineStar's Surface Management capability, serving as the primary leader responsible for defining solution vision, strategy, and execution. Operating at the intersection of customer value, product strategy, and engineering delivery, you will translate complex mining challenges into outcome-driven solutions, align global cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap, and drive prioritization based on customer impact, business value, and strategic objectives. In this role, you will lead the advancement of surface management capabilities, including production and material tracking, digital terrain and surface modeling, and geospatial analytics, while ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational improvements for mining customers. Through close partnership with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customer sites, you will provide end-to-end solution leadership and accountability, balancing near-term delivery objective with the long-term evolution of the MineStar platform.
