Job Description Summary


Kenvue is hiring a Lead, Business Intelligence to lead reporting and analytics and BI operations in the Global CBI Analytics function. In this role you will have the responsibility for combining both deliveries of impactful insights to drive Global business intelligence whilst also owning capability development to Support Regional/Local markets with best-in-class analytical tools.


The candidate will require broad experience across Business Intelligence, Commercial and Digital Media Analytics with a passion for data storytelling. This role will require the candidate to work closely with the global and regional leaders across CBI, Commercial and IT to shape the analytics agenda. 

 

You will partner with Regional/local markets to understand, advise, and respond to their needs as well as actively driving engagement and adoption through processes, training and support.  This will allow you to represent the Global CBI to ensure local needs are met within global workstreams. 


You will be the expert and go-to for markets and as such are able to look bigger picture, identifying patterns, priorities, and scalable learnings across markets to influence strategy and ways of working longer term.

Role: Reports to Senior Manager, CBI


Key Deliverables / Responsibilities

 

  • BI Strategy, Platform & Team Leadership: Develop and maintain solutions across Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization platforms

·       Establish standards and governance: Define BI standards, governance, and best practices across reporting, analytics, and data visualization

·       Tableau to Power BI Migration: Lead Tableau to Power BI migration for existing reports, assessment, redesign, validation, and business sign‑off. Ensure continuity, data integrity, and performance during platform transition

·       Insights & Analytics:

o   Will be responsible for providing global performance analytics and Insights for the Leadership team.

  • Conduct deep analysis of reports and data to generate actionable business insights
  • Validate metrics and challenge assumptions to ensure analytical rigor
  • Enable insight‑driven storytelling through modern visualization techniques
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

·       Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions

  • Develop industry leading analytical tools and capabilities to drive business performance
  • Optimize reporting, to meet evolving business needs and drive adoption through process, training, and support

 
Qualifications / Skills

 

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer sciences, IT, or economics is preferred

·       Experience: 6-8 years of FMCG /Retail/ CPG across Marketing and Commercial domains

·       Business Acumen: Desire and ability to understand the broader business context and how analytics impact strategic decisions. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working in a matrix organization and managing relationships with various stakeholders. 
  • Design and construct complex data models to improve data analytics and reporting capabilities. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report server, gateways), Tableau or similar visualization tools. Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Strong expertise in data modelling, performance tuning, and optimization
  • Lead junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Power BI development.
  • Experience in integrating BI solutions with enterprise data products
  • Experience leading Tableau to Power BI migrations
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Nielsen, Circana, Stackline, IQVIA and other syndicated data sets.
  • Knowledge of Panel is required
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively looking for opportunities to use data to improve performance
  • Passion and ability to convert complex analytics into simple themes that are appropriate for non-technical stakeholders
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced & ever-changing environment
