We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Product Manager to join the flock working on Angry Birds Friends. This is a key role where you'll own the core product direction and be fully accountable for the game’s player experience, long-term health, and business performance. You'll guide the strategy for features, economy, progression, and balance, while leading and coaching another team member who handles LiveOps and commercial optimization. You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Own the core product vision and strategy for Angry Birds Friends, ensuring the game’s features, economy, and progression bring joy and meet our long-term business goals.
- Work hands-on to shape the game, using player behavior insights and deep market understanding to find out new opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams—including design, engineering, art, and analytics—to define, validate, and deliver impactful product improvements that feel amazing to play.
- Oversee the health of the game’s economy, progression systems, balance, and difficulty, making key tuning decisions and structural changes to support long-term success in a live environment.
- Translate our product direction into clear priorities and success metrics, maintaining a high bar for execution quality and aligning the cross-functional teams.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have significant and extensive experience as a product manager working on multiple live Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile titles.
- You’ve demonstrated success improving player and business metrics through smart product decisions, iterative development, and effective experimentation.
- You possess superior interpersonal and cooperative skills, making you a natural partner when working closely with cross-functional teams like game design, engineering, and commercial functions.
- You're an enthusiastic gamer who understands the full live game lifecycle, from post-launch iteration to operational cadence. You have proven experience in performance optimization after launch.
- You’re eager to understand the story behind the data and able to see the 'big picture,' understanding how daily research and product decisions fit into our wider vision.
