Who You Are

  • Experience: You have 6+ years of Product Management experience with world-class products or online services. Experience in Fintech or B2B is a plus.

  • Execution: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can own a process from start to finish.

  • Analytical: You are highly capable of breaking down complex problems and making data-driven decisions.

  • Articulate: You can explain the "why" behind product decisions and technical trade-offs to non-product peers.

  • Leader: You have proven leadership skills and can motivate diverse teams to reach a common goal.

  • Visionary: You can think long-term while delivering iterative value through smart scoping and sequencing.

  • Mindset: You have an egoless attitude and a passion for learning alongside your teammates.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred.

What We Offer

  • Supportive Team: Work with a passionate group where you’ll find a true sense of belonging.

  • Compensation: Competitive salaries with RRSP/401k matching and comprehensive medical, dental, and health insurance.

  • Flexibility: A flexible time-off policy and the choice to work remote, hybrid, or from our Toronto HQ.

  • Growth: Stipends for your home office setup and continuous professional learning.

  • Well-being: Mental health support and benefits for hormonal health and family-forming.

  • Impact: The opportunity to do high-impact work at a mission-driven organization.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
