Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business units to define requirements and support demand management

  • Monitor benefits realization, track KPIs/KRIs, and ensure timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget constraints

  • Partner with internal IT, product teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and progress

  • Provide program updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive sponsors

  • Ensure smooth transitions from program delivery to operational ownership, including clear documentation and handoffs

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Proven success leading complex programs and change initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment

  • Strong experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and external partners

  • Expertise in portfolio/program management tools (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet) and methodologies

  • Ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences and make data-driven decisions

  • Exceptional organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail, with a focus on execution and continuous improvement

  • Strong influencing skills and comfort navigating ambiguity

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and leading challenging conversations

  • Analytical, team-oriented, and motivated by delivering meaningful business outcomes

What You Can Expect From DTN:

  • Competitive Salary

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Flexible working hours

  • Remote work model (position dependent)

  • Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans

  • 6% 401K matching

  • Unlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
