Job DescriptionExperian Employer Services is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst, Lead. This senior strategic partner to Sales will provide end‑to‑end ownership of sales operations processes. These processes include Salesforce execution, deal governance, forecasting, and lead‑to‑cash optimization. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Risk, Operations, and Enablement to ensure commercial execution is efficient, compliant, and scalable. You will assess current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies, and define future‑state improvements while guiding Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, billing, and go‑to‑market programs. As a procedural authority, you will ensure accurate opportunity structure, policy application, and high‑quality data to support downstream order and billing processes. You will work remote and report to the Salesforce Platform Manager and Architect.
What You'll Do
- Be a Sales Operation Lead advising on our performance, operational risk, and scaling strategies and best practices in Salesforce
- Manage end-to-end sales operations lead to order processes
- Influence operating model decisions that impact pipeline governance, forecasting methodology, sales coverage, and performance measurement
- Lead executive-level business reviews on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and operational effectiveness
- Provide scenario modeling for territories and forward-looking revenue insights to support annual and in-year planning
- Design and evolve the sales operating model, forecasting standards, and goal frameworks.
- Maintain governance for pricing policy, revenue recognition, and risk controls.
- Manage sales policy documentation and serve as the escalation point for complex issues.
- Lead Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and billing transformation workstreams.
- Define future‑state lead‑to‑cash processes and identify efficiency improvements.
- Ensure Salesforce enhancements align with sales execution and governance needs.
- Provide advanced Salesforce reporting, data integrity management, and pipeline hygiene oversight.
- Guide annual planning across quotas, territories, coverage models, and resource deployment.
- Align GTM strategies, performance frameworks, and training with operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles
- Salesforce expertise across opportunity architecture, forecasting, stage governance, reporting (custom report types, joined reports, cross filters, executive dashboards); data integrity, approval/validation rules, and commercial structure (price books, configuration, and downstream order readiness).
- Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions) with scenario modeling and financial analysis capability
- Experience serving as a primary sales and revenue operations partner to senior sales leadership
- Demonstrated track record designing or evolving sales operating models and governance frameworks
- Experience with end-to-end lead-to-cash processes
- Experience operating in manual or non-CPQ environments and preparing for CPQ, CLM, or billing automation
- Financial and commercial knowledge, including understanding of revenue impact and risk
- Experience with commercial contract terms and translating them into accurate Salesforce opportunity execution for downstream order and billing processes
