What You Can Expect

You will own and drive Zoom's Enterprise Infrastructure portfolio - covering data sovereignty, network resilience, and cryptographic key management for regulated customers in financial services, government, healthcare, and education. You'll define strategy, shape the roadmap, and lead execution across three interconnected pillars at the intersection of AI, real-time media, and enterprise security. This is a senior IC role requiring deep technical fluency, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to influence engineering, security, sales, and executive leadership without formal authority.

About the Team

Our team builds enterprise admin & infrastructure solutions that power secure, reliable, and compliant collaboration experiences. We operate at the intersection of platform infrastructure and customer-facing product, partnering closely with engineering, GTM, and security to ship product that is both technically rigorous and commercially impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing a multi-quarter product architecture and roadmap, balancing customer-driven requirements with platform scalability and business impact.

  • Translating deep technical complexity into clear strategic narratives for executive audiences.

  • Partnering with Engineering, Security, Sales, and Customer Success to drive alignment and delivery. This portfolio touches every major Zoom product surface - you must be effective at influencing across organizational boundaries.

  • Partnering with enterprise customers and industry partners to identify requirements and shape product direction.

  • Driving product launches, adoption, and measurable business outcomes using customer and market insights.

What We're Looking for

  • 10+ years in technical product management, platform architecture, or systems engineering, security, and data sovereignty domains.

  • Have a deep understanding of real-time media networking, cryptographic key management , on-premises/hybrid cloud deployment models.

  • Demonstrate the ability to own a major product area end-to-end from strategy definition through execution and business impact measurement.

  • Have experience navigating complex, cross-cutting technical architectures that span multiple product surfaces and engineering teams.

  • Be familiar with regulated industries (financial services, government, healthcare, EDU) and their data residency, sovereignty, and compliance requirements.

  • Bring experience with enterprise sales motions involving hardware, proof-of-concept engagements, and multi-stakeholder procurement.

  • Possess a track record of managing high-revenue product portfolios with direct strategic customer engagement.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146,700.00

Maximum:

$339,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.


Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.


We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
