Our client is looking for a Legal Content Editor to join their growing remote team. They are a fast-scaling legal marketing company focused on helping law firms strengthen their digital presence through high-quality content, operational excellence, and scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys combining legal knowledge, SEO strategy, and content optimization to create impactful marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has experience editing and writing legal content for U.S.-based law firms or legal marketing agencies, with a strong understanding of SEO, AI-assisted content workflows, and conversion-focused writing. They are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities
• Edit and improve large volumes of AI-assisted legal content while maintaining legal accuracy, readability, tone, and consistency
• Create and optimize legal marketing content that is persuasive and conversion-focused
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices, including keyword placement, structure, formatting, and readability
• Collaborate with writers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content
• Review grammar, formatting, citations, and legal terminology with exceptional attention to detail
• Stay informed about evolving SEO strategies, AI writing tools, and legal marketing trends
• Maintain quality standards while managing multiple deadlines and content projects simultaneously
• Bring a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to daily operations and team collaboration
• Contribute positively to a culture focused on accountability, ownership, and operational excellence



Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience editing and writing legal content for law firms or legal marketing agencies
• Near-native or expert-level English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of U.S. legal terminology and legal marketing practices
• Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted writing and editing tools
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies
• Ability to manage high content volumes without sacrificing quality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication, accountability, and follow-through skills
• Positive attitude with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset
Qualifications
