What you'll do...About the team:
Join Walmart eCommerce’s Advanced Analytics team, where innovation drives the future of global online retail. This team partners with leadership and cross-functional groups to develop data-driven solutions that influence millions of customers daily. Focused on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence, the team delivers actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Members collaborate closely to build and implement cutting-edge models and prototypes, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. As part of Walmart Marketplace, the team plays a vital role in accelerating growth and shaping the next generation of retail experiences through data and technology.
  What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value.
  • Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and solution validation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee data analysis strategies and guide team members in applying advanced analytics for data-driven decision making.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience building and implementing data models and algorithms to drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with leadership and external partners.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and applying ethical standards in all work.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
