Help improve how our channels operate, perform, and grow—and ensure channel deals are financially sound.

We’re looking for a highly analytical Senior Finance Analyst to support channel operations, evaluate deal structures, and guide deal approvals. You’ll work across teams to understand how the channel functions, assess the financial and operational impact of proposed deals, and turn complex data into clear recommendations.

This role combines financial analysis, deal evaluation, channel understanding, and business partnership. You’ll build and maintain data models, develop reporting and dashboards, and use AI-enabled tools to make analysis more efficient and insightful. You’ll also help ensure that AI-assisted work is grounded in reliable data, sound financial logic, and a clear understanding of deal terms and channel economics.

It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys getting into the details, connecting information across systems, and helping leaders make well-supported decisions.

What you’ll own

  • Evaluate channel deals. Analyze proposed deals, including their structure, economics, assumptions, risks, and expected financial impact. Present clear recommendations and identify terms or scenarios that need further review.
  • Support deal approvals. Coordinate the financial review and approval process for channel deals. Confirm that submissions are complete, assumptions are documented, and approvals follow established guidelines and authority levels.
  • Explain channel performance. Analyze channel activity and results to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities. Turn findings into clear recommendations for channel and business leaders.
  • Build trusted data models. Develop and improve models that bring together data from relevant systems and sources. Define assumptions and business logic, validate outputs, and document how measures are calculated.
  • Use AI to improve analysis. Apply AI-enabled tools to explore data, develop and refine models, automate recurring work, and surface insights. Review outputs carefully, test for accuracy, and make useful approaches repeatable.
  • Understand how the channel works. Learn the channel’s structure, processes, incentives, and key measures. Partner with teams across the business to understand how operational activity and deal terms affect partner experience and business outcomes.
  • Find and reduce operational friction. Investigate process gaps, data quality issues, and performance variation. Work with stakeholders to prioritize improvements and track whether changes deliver results.
  • Create useful reporting. Build dashboards, analyses, and presentations that make channel and deal performance easy to understand. Focus reporting on the questions and decisions that matter.
  • Improve data and reporting workflows. Identify manual or inconsistent processes and develop practical solutions using analytics, automation, AI, or better data definitions.
  • Partner across teams. Work with channel, finance, sales, operations, legal, and other teams to align on deal assumptions, investigate questions, and move recommendations into action.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, deal analysis, channel finance, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and a track record of using data to evaluate business decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Understanding of deal structures and the ability to assess how terms, incentives, pricing, volume, timing, and other assumptions affect financial returns and risk.
  • Experience reviewing deals or supporting approval processes, with sound judgment about when to recommend approval, request changes, or escalate for review.
  • An understanding of how a channel functions, including the relationships among partners, internal teams, operational processes, and performance measures.
  • Experience building, maintaining, or improving data models, including combining data from multiple sources and defining business logic.
  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools in data analysis or modeling workflows. You know how to test, validate, and explain AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting fundamentals, including revenue, costs, margins, and forecasting.
  • Confidence working with large or complex datasets and investigating data quality issues.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence, data visualization, or analytical tools. Experience with SQL or comparable data querying tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • The ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong judgment, curiosity, attention to detail, and the initiative to take work from an open-ended question through recommendation and follow-through.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

What success looks like

Leaders have a clearer, more reliable view of channel and deal performance. Deal reviews are consistent, timely, and grounded in sound financial analysis. Your models and reporting are trusted, your recommendations help teams make better decisions, and your work leads to measurable improvements in channel performance. You use AI and automation thoughtfully to make analysis faster, more consistent, and more useful.
