Description

We’re growing and looking to hire a Manager, Global Order Management who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

Claroty is a global leader in protecting cyber-physical systems (CPS), dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose—and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.

About the Role:

As Claroty scales globally, the Manager, Global Order Management is a pivotal role at the intersection of Finance and Go-to-Market — ensuring every deal closes cleanly and every dollar is booked accurately. You will serve as the operational owner of commercial governance, deal booking, contract lifecycle management, and order-to-cash execution across all regions.

Reporting into Finance, you will manage a small team of Order Management professionals while remaining actively involved in complex deal reviews, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is fully remote, but eligibility is restricted to candidates currently residing in the US Eastern Time Zone. Candidates living in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones will not be considered at this time.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Global Order Management, your impact will be:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a global Order Management team.
  • Own the global post-signature order management process and ensure timely and accurate booking of customer contracts.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deal structures and booking exceptions.
  • Review and approve high-value and non-standard transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with booking policies and ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Application, Operations, and other teams.
  • Drive process automation and scalability across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
  • Lead Salesforce workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close activities.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support SOX compliance efforts.
  • Own ARR tracking and deliver performance reporting to Finance leadership.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and stronger controls.
Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Quote-to-Cash functions within a SaaS or technology company.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR metrics, contract lifecycle management, and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce, CPQ, Orders, and Approval workflows.
  • Experience supporting global sales organizations and complex deal structures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
  •  Experience leading automation, transformation, or systems implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation, data analysis, or revenue operations intelligence.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
