We’re searching for a US-based Managing Consultant, Archival Implementation, to join our Data Archival Services team, so that we can continue to expand and mature our archival offerings while delivering exceptional outcomes for healthcare organizations. The right candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and be expected to communicate effectively to customers, leadership and your team. Working within the broader Data Archival team, you will use strategy, organization, and professional knowledge to build new services, support our existing teams, and make great things happen.


How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure high-quality project delivery and professional growth
  • Partner with sales and leadership to support opportunity development, staffing strategy, and achievement of quarterly and annual goals
  • Deliver and oversee end-to-end data archival projects, ensuring adherence to standardized methodologies, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Develop and evolve archival methodologies, best practices, and service strategies to support business growth
  • Create and maintain educational materials to support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
  • Monitor project health, coordinate go-live readiness, and enable seamless transitions from implementation to ongoing operational support
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional partners across Galen Healthcare Solutions and RLDatix

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Prior experience in project and people management, ideally within Healthcare IT
  • Experience working with EHR systems and healthcare data environments
  • Prior experience with Certinia project management system
  • Proven success leading teams, managing complex initiatives, and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, sales, and delivery teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field
