Job Summary
Responsible for the ongoing support, growth and technical relationship to our publisher partners. Analyzes data to focus on areas of success and growth while enhancing a positive customer experience. Monitors the progress of partnerships, reviews records and reports provided to senior management, and solicits publisher feedback to drive product engagement and sustained adoption and retention. Analyzes and presents data and insights to publisher partners. Designs, promotes, and orchestrates experiences and reinforcement plans across multiple divisions/business units that strengthen product knowledge, enhance product advocacy, and ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaigns. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $126,699.84 - $190,049.76
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Job Description
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the publisher programmatic ecosystem and technologies, ad buying tools, as well as CTV landscape and TV Advertising
- Apply experience with CTV ad platforms and strategies to optimize performance
- Provide robust reporting, analyze data and present actionable insights back to publisher partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams, focusing on nurturing relationships with our Publishers, Agencies and Aggregate Merchants
- Present complex information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, including the ability to command a room and answer technical questions
- Identify and cultivate areas of growth within existing publisher relationships
- Develop detailed plans and metrics for publisher partner success
- Answer complex technical product questions and problem-solve for large organizations
- Manage client relationships and account portfolios with a focus on excellent customer service
- Develop clear documentation and training materials for publishers
- 4+ years of programmatic experience at an SSP or DSP or media company
- 2+ years of CTV experience in operations, account management, and/or other sales support
