Your Daily Adventures will Include:
Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing recruiting team focused on collaboration, innovation and scalability
Collaborate with globally distributed hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and deliver on goals
Clearly define, track and report on recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process, and areas for improvement
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Strong partnership with HR, Finance, Compensation and other departments to ensure alignment on hiring strategy
Partner with executives and hiring leaders to create strategy for talent pipelines, hiring, employment branding and diversity
Our Vision of You:
6+ years of Recruiting experience, supporting a global technical organization
2+ years of Recruiting leadership experience
Proven track record managing a Globally distributed team of strong, experienced Recruiters
Expertise in the current talent market, specifically across US and EMEA markets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and easily adapt to changing priorities
Focus on operational excellence, metrics and reporting to glean insights and make improvements
Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technologies
Ability to make decisions to best support the team, organization and company as a whole
Strong moral compass and sound judgment

Our Lower Queen Anne office is located along the beautiful Elliott Bay waterfront north of Belltown, near Myrtle Edwards Park.
