Position Summary:

Wonderschool is harnessing the power of technology to provide comprehensive support to child care providers operating out of their homes as well as in the government and non-profit sectors. Our products enable childcare providers to create high-quality environments and meet the demands of their business, while also helping parents in need of childcare solutions through the creation of an accessible marketplace.

Wonderschool is looking for a mission-driven, goal-oriented leader to manage our provider recruiting team. If you love coaching teams to hit ambitious goals, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want your work to have real-world impact on families and small business owners—this role is for you.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage a team of 6–8 full-time employees and part-time contractors focused on sourcing and qualifying new child care providers for our platform. You’ll help drive a critical outcome - growing the number of qualified providers starting new programs.

You’ll partner closely with our Senior Manager of New Supply to execute against strategy, advise on experiments, and track performance across the funnel—from lead to licensed provider to first revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters
  • Execute and iterate on multi-channel recruitment and engagement campaigns
  • Develop systems for daily operations and team execution, ensuring work is aligned to KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to improve user flows and accelerate lead engagement
  • Analyze and improve the lead funnel, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
  • Help shape digital outreach efforts (e.g., CRM campaigns, website optimizations, referrals) to drive provider action
  • Lead experiments to improve lead quantity and quality
  • Collaborate on forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and inform strategy
What Success Looks Like
  • A motivated, supported team consistently hitting and exceeding goals
  • Increased volume and quality of provider leads entering and progressing through the funnel
  • Shortened time to provider launch and first revenue
  • Measurable improvement in funnel efficiency, with insights shared across teams
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, growth marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams, with a strong track record of coaching to high performance
  • Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage and report on lead flow
  • A resourceful, test-and-learn mindset—you move quickly, ask good questions, and try new things
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bonus: fluency in Spanish
