About the role

Zillow Group is looking for a data-driven, strategic, and collaborative Sales Performance Manager to scale and optimize our go-to-market strategy, particularly within our growing Rentals business. You will design and refine our approaches to territory planning, quota setting, account performance, and Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis. Your contributions will directly impact resource allocation, growth opportunity identification, and revenue target achievement across the organization.

You Will Get To:
  • Develop and manage processes for territory assignments and quota planning, ensuring alignment with financial targets

  • Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to align planning models with financial goals

  • Design and implement account segmentation strategies to support go-to-market focus

  • Conduct TAM and whitespace analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Analyze rentals performance data to optimize pipeline efficiency and guide strategic decisions

  • Lead presentations to share insights and influence performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales execution

  • Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps proactively

  • Assist in planning cycles, including capacity and headcount modeling

  • Develop tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve performance execution

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $114,300.00 - $182,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are
  • 6+ years of experience in sales performance, business operations, or consulting

  • 5+ years of team leadership experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis

  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
