Job Description

As Manager/Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing (Activation), you are responsible for servicing key client accounts and managing the company’s mid to large scale, complex integrated marketing campaigns, inclusive of digital, influencer, and experiential activations, on behalf of our brand partners. You will work across and be an expert of all three verticals - digital, influencer, and experiential. As an experienced member of the team, you are able to lead your campaigns independently, bringing strategic client servicing coupled with smooth project management to your work, while being able to mentor and provide direction to associates/other team members when they are assigned to support on your campaigns. You will regularly contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning and improvement within Activation and the Integrated Marketing team as a whole to level up the overall knowledge and excellence of the team. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Independently and confidently manage HCM’s mid to large scale, campaigns and clients from kickoff through recap and renewal stages, including overseeing support from associates/other team members as needed based on campaign size and complexity

  • Provide outstanding client service to brand and agency partners, owning client communication and relationship building and ensuring clients’ campaign objectives are fulfilled

  • Lead internal project management and collaboration to ensure successful and timely execution and delivery of all campaign elements

  • Directly or indirectly manage and mentor junior team members as needed

  • Stay abreast of industry marketing trends and ways to enhance Her Campus Media’s offerings to remain innovative in the market

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-time experience in an integrated marketing role at a publisher and/or agency, with a focus on post-sale responsibilities
  • Track record of success personally managing mid to large scale integrated marketing campaigns and building client relationships across digital, influencer, and experiential (experience with all 3 strongly preferred) and building client relationships

  • Excellent communication, client services, and problem-solving skills

  • Very strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to collaborate successfully in a highly matrixed environment

Additional Information

Salary Range: $70-85k

  • Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and other factors.
