As the Manager, Vertical Market Sales, Healthcare at Spectrum Business, you will guide professionals in delivering networking, managed services and cloud solutions. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead, supervise and motivate a sales team to boost productivity and surpass monthly sales and billing quotas
  • Coordinate recruiting, training and ongoing development of sales professionals into a high-performing unit
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and individual reviews to monitor activities and drive account maintenance and acquisition
  • Attend sales calls alongside representatives to support customer engagement and strategy
  • Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform leadership and refine sales approaches
  • Assign high-priority customers and develop business with significant long-term potential
  • Execute special projects and pursue opportunities for long-term business growth

Required Qualifications
Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Skilled at developing and executing strategic account plans customized for key prospects and customers
  • Experienced in supervising teams and managing office procedures
  • Ability to organize, implement and maintain sales goals
  • Demonstrated history of leadership position/team lead in fast-paced environments requiring teamwork, flexibility, and change management
  • Proven organizational development and business skills
  • Conversant with technology and networking technologies
  • Above-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, primarily within area of responsibility
  • Holds a valid and active state driver's license and maintains safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience
  • 5+ years enterprise-level account sales experience in the technology industry selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, and Fiber Services, with a record of success managing assigned territory to achievement and over-achievement of quota
  • 3+ years leadership experience in a competitive technology and cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services and Fiber-Connected Networks
